After spending 15 years climbing the ladder at a Fortune 100 company, I was faced with a difficult decision…to keep climbing, or boldly move down a different path completely.

The decision wasn’t easy, but after launching Kriegel Coaching & Consulting, LLC, I’m affirmed every day I made the right choice. The choice to follow my heart, listen to my inner voice, trust my gut, and do what lights up my soul.

Now I partner with entrepreneurs, executives and teams on their own journey.
